The Wellness Package Album By Teni

Setting the tone for her project “The Wellness Package,” Nigerian vocal sensation Teni opens up with “Meditation“—a deeply reflective, soothing anthem centered on mental clarity, inner peace, and emotional wellness. Opening with the heartfelt sentiment of choosing daily peace to preserve one’s sanity and invite positive energy, Teni invites listeners into her personal safe space. The track acts as a sonic blueprint for self-preservation, urging listeners to protect their mental space in an increasingly noisy world.

Production-wise, “Meditation” offers a warm, soulful blend of Afrobeats and highlife elements masterfully produced by DeeYasso. Co-written with Kingsley Okorie and Benjamin James of The Cavemen., the song weaves organic instrumentation with Teni’s smooth, emotive delivery. Polished by the crisp audio engineering of MILLAMIX and NewMix, the delicate arrangement gives Teni’s vocals room to breathe, resulting in a tranquil soundscape that feels both introspective and deeply therapeutic.

As the introductory record on The Wellness Package, “Meditation” anchors the core narrative of Teni’s new musical era under gamma / Sugar Mummy Records—one defined by self-love, healing, and intentional living. Ideal for morning routines, relaxing playlists, and mindful moments, the song stands out as an essential listen for Afrobeats fans looking for music that nourishes the soul as much as it moves the body.
