Davido – Tell Everybody (feat. Leon Thomas)

“Tell Everybody” bridges modern Afrobeats with polished American R&B sophistication, bringing Grammy-winning producer/singer Leon Thomas into Davido’s orbit. The production trades heavy club energy for a slow-burning, sensuous groove powered by lush electric piano chords, a subtle baseline, and crisp percussive taps. It’s an understated beat built around mood and space, allowing the vocal textures of both artists to shine without competing for attention.

Unapologetic Devotion & Public Declarations

Lyrically, the track moves away from quiet romance and shifts into loud, proud declarations of love. Davido and Leon Thomas deliver a tag-team performance about being so completely infatuated that hiding the relationship is no longer an option. Leon Thomas elevates the track with silky, layered vocal harmonies and effortless runs, while Davido injects his signature gravelly warmth and direct, passionate phrasing, creating a dynamic contrast between smooth R&B precision and raw Afropop soul.

“Tell Everybody” acts as one of the smoothest crossover moments on ORIADÉ. It demonstrates Davido’s knack for blending global vocal styles into his signature Afropop framework without losing his core identity. With its late-night atmospheric feel and undeniable vocal chemistry, the track is tailor-made for crossover radio, romantic playlists, and smooth evening vibes.
