Teni – HTGT (Here Today Gone Tomorrow)
Bringing The Wellness Package to a memorable finish, Nigerian singer-songwriter Teni delivers a deeply reflective moment on the closing track, “HTGT (Here Today Gone Tomorrow).”
Taking full command of the project’s final moments, Teni strips away any distractions to offer an honest, grounded vocal performance. Her raw emotion and distinctive cadence shine straight through, giving the song a poignant weight that resonates long after the last second fades out.
Positioned right after the vibrant energy of “More Money,” the track brings the seven-song EP to a graceful, well-balanced conclusion. It acts as the ultimate curtain-call for the record, leaving listeners with a lingering sense of perspective and musical closure.
It’s another showcase of Teni’s signature ability to take life’s fleeting nature and transform it into something deeply relatable and melody-driven. Rather than overproducing the emotional payoff, she lets the sincerity of her message take center stage.
